The website demonstration

The scenarios use fictional conversations. They do not access a microphone, make calls, read customer records or send bookings to a dispatch system.

A proposed live call flow

Disclose automation, collect necessary details and confirm critical information. Define the approved intents, knowledge sources and route to human help.

Authoritative booking data

Availability, fares, booking references and status must come from a tested authoritative source. A generated sentence is not a confirmed booking.

Access and retention

Before a live implementation, agree provider access, authorised staff, recording decisions, summary redaction, retention and deletion responsibilities. Do not claim controls that have not been implemented and tested.

Exceptions and review

Plan for uncertain recognition, failed connections, repeated requests and a caller asking for a person. A pilot should include realistic operating scenarios and a documented fallback.
